My son makes me laugh - I have asked him to write me a birthday list so that I can choose him a gift that he really wants. He has written a huge list, probably much more writing than he has ever done for a piece of homework. It has every toy that I have ever seen advertised on the television on it, ranging from, playmobil to papo toys. I thought it might be wise to try to find out which he wanted the most because I would of course, not be able to buy him all of the items on the list. When I asked him he said, all of it and suggested that I get his grandparents to buy the things that I could not afford - what a cheeky monkey! I know that his grandparents had already decided to buy him some papo figures so I will choose a few other things form the list. I have explained to him that I cannot afford very much and will only be able to get a few things but he is still not willing to tell me which he likes the best so I think that I will just have to guess.
